Multilingual
multimedia encyclopaedia of archaeology of Ukraine, constructed
according to regional-chronological principle, is discussed
here.
It provides three editions:
1-st. Is the general educational encyclopaedia containing
a plenty of colour illustrations and glossary. The panoramic
construction of the interface allows to acquaint with the
information about the economy, material, spiritual and social
culture of ancient societies in local, synchronous and dyachronous
aspects and makes the encyclopaedia claimed by different social,
age and aim groups. Game based on principles of intellectual
entertaining shows lets check up the received knowledge.
2-nd. Educational program for students in archaeology, a course
of the interactive lectures based on essentially added the
first edition. Multilateral consideration of debatable problems
from positions of various schools and theories is provided.
Game is modified for rating knowledge of students. Each lecture
includes a bibliographic database. Multipurpose which allows
to find on the problems so the authors as the works that are
devoted to the required theme. Specially developed interactive
maps, multimedia appendices and methodical manuals allow to
use the second edition as the independent supplies on archaeology
of Ukraine, and as addition to the basic and remote system
of training.
3-rd. Fundamental professional scientific directory on archaeology
of Ukraine.
